Electronic Tax Payment Systems
Business owners and individuals have the option to set up Electronic Payments for their Federal and State taxes or estimated taxes. The Electronic Tax Payment system is easy to set up and use.
To get set up, follow the instructions shown below. In most cases, after signing up, you will receive a confirmation packet containing necessary passwords within 15 days.
To pay Federal or State taxes, simply log in to the appropriate web site or call the appropriate number. Enter the amount of tax to be paid and a debit transaction will be posted to your designated checking or savings account. The transfer of the funds to the United States Treasury or Wisconsin Department of Revenue will occur on the date indicated.
